Fabric bands are more comfortable on the skin and have different resistance compared to latex bands.
What's the difference between Mini Bands and Hip Bands?
Mini Bands are a better solution for beginners as they come in 5 different resistances, unlike Hip Bands which have 3 stronger resistances.
For what exercises can fabric Power Bands be used?
