At Deep Breath, we offer both Mini Band and Hip Band. Both types of bands are used for lower body training. Mini Bands are better for beginners and intermediate users, while Hip Bands are for intermediate and advanced users (they have greater resistance). For a complete workout, besides Mini/Hip Bands, it's best to also train with Power Bands, which are suitable for upper body training.
