What’s the difference between training with kettlebells and resistance bands?
It’s a different form of training resistance that works for different exercises. Resistance bands are ideal for providing tension, while kettlebells are great for adding weight to exercises where using bands is more challenging. In some exercises, both a band and kettlebell are useful. You’ll use both types of equipment in our ebooks.
