At Deep Breath, we offer both Power Band and Mini Band. It's best to have both sets of bands, as mini bands are suitable for lower body training, while power bands are mainly for upper body training (but also for many lower body exercises).

Fabric bands are more pleasant for the skin and have different resistance than latex bands.
What exercises can you use fabric Power Bands for?

There's such a wide range of colors that everyone will find something for themselves. High quality at a great price is a huge plus. This is my second set of resistance bands from DB.
